STRUCTURAL METAL BUILDING SOLUTIONS-PROJECTS
JEPPAMAN Builders Corporation manufactures a highly engineered structural metal building solution products such as roof sheet, steel deck and wall cladding, with a distinctive profile created by the company itself.
On 2019, the company (J.B.C.) designed a unique metal sheet profile that can perform high end usage and installation. The machines used in fabricating these products are also customized based on the given profile.
JEPPAMAN Builders Corporation offers a concealed clip system that ensures secured fastening to the purlins substructure without exposing any piercings. It also allows thermal expansion to be accommodated without compromising the roof system's properties, which made the design a preferred system for long- span roofing due to its versatility, durability and functionality.
One of the main benefits of the design is, because the system doesn't expose and not usually requires any piercing, it prevents any possibilities of leakage. It can handle the most robust weather conditions, specially in countries located along the typhoon belt in the Pacific.
